Partnering with the Rooff Property LLP and ISHA, we helped to enhance the Holloway Road Scout Centre. The Holloway Road scheme is an initiative by the Islington Scout Centre to create new residential units and a new district community centre. The Scout Centre aspires to offer a wider community housing and job opportunities.

Teaming up with external contractors, we stuck to tight schedules and completed the entire project successfully in the time allocated, without hitches. Our practical approach cut down on errors and kept our pricing competitive, making quality design accessible. During this project, and any project we work on, we ensure that every detail is considered, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. 

The Holloway Road scheme is about more than just the design, it has a wider goal of empowering the community and providing homes and opportunities. The centre includes a welcoming reception, offices, a meeting hall, and a one-bedroom apartment for a full-time manager.

This project meets Code for Sustainable Homes Level Four. With green roofs and solar panels, the Holloway Road Scout Centre is a symbol of practical design, community support, and sustainability.
