Moor Park
Designed as the social heart of a busy family home, this kitchen needed to work as hard for everyday life as it does for entertaining. The brief called for a timeless, contemporary aesthetic with real warmth, one that could carry luxurious finishes while standing up to the demands of daily family living, without ever feeling cluttered or overworked.
The kitchen combines dark Caneté milled veneer tall units with a finely crafted horizontal ribbed texture, adding depth, character and a distinctive tactile finish. These are paired with elegant matt lacquered cashmere cabinetry, creating a contrast between the darker elements and the calmer, lighter tones. The result is a material palette that feels warm and layered rather than heavy.
Dekton Rem worktops and splashbacks complete the design, chosen for their resemblance to natural marble. The sophisticated veining brings a sense of timeless elegance to the space, while the durability of the material ensures it can comfortably withstand the rigours of family life.
One of the key challenges of the project was maximising functionality without compromising the clean, architectural appearance the clients wanted. The solution was a concealed walk-through pantry, offering discreet access to a fully equipped utility room. Food preparation, storage and household tasks are all kept out of sight, allowing the main kitchen to remain calm and uncluttered while still supporting everything a busy family home requires.
Alongside the Euromobil furniture, Gaggenau appliances were integrated to deliver a high-performance kitchen suited to both quiet weeknight meals and larger gatherings, with a Quooker tap and Zalf detailing adding further refinement to the finish.
Generous social spaces sit at the centre of the design, giving the family room to gather while entertaining guests with ease. The whole space is lit by wall-length glass doors, letting natural light flow through. The overall scheme balances luxury with practicality, resulting in a kitchen that feels sophisticated, warm and effortlessly liveable.
